Privacy notice

Site and feedback board

Notices and reviewed resources are delivered as static Cloudflare Pages content. Anonymous feedback text and image metadata are handled by Pages Functions and D1; attached image files are kept in a private Workers KV namespace. The site does not require accounts or email addresses.

Anonymous feedback

The category, title, message, optional display name, creation time, processing status, and attached images that you submit are public. You may attach up to three PNG, JPEG, or WebP images per post, up to 5 MB each. Remove personal details and location metadata from images before posting. Do not submit account, game-login, or secret information.

A browser-generated random identifier is used for write limits and duplicate-report prevention. The original stays on your device and only a SHA-256 hash is stored on the server. The board database does not store IP addresses. Cloudflare may process connection data under its own service and security policies.

For a new post, you choose a public display name and a password for future edits or deletion. The display name is not used for verification. Only a one-way hash of the password is stored on the server; the password is not saved in your browser or shown to other visitors. Password recovery is unavailable.

Open posts are retained for up to 365 days, resolved posts for 180 days, and hidden posts for 30 days. Attached images follow the post retention period. Write-limit records count for one day and failed author verification records for 15 minutes; expired records are cleaned up on later requests. You can delete your post with its browser key or password. Posts made with the previous ID-and-password form still use that pair; older posts without a password require the original browser key.

Spam prevention and reports

Cloudflare Turnstile tokens are verified server-side and are not stored in the board. Reports are review material and do not automatically hide a post.

Language preference

The site may store the selected interface language in this browser only. On a first visit to the Korean home, when neither that saved choice nor the browser language matches a supported locale, the site may use the country code Cloudflare supplies with the request as a last-resort hint for an actually supported language.

POE BOTTARI does not store or transmit the raw IP address, country code, or resulting hint in its database, analytics, user profile, or logs. It does not use GPS or request browser location permission. A home response containing the country hint is not shared through a cache.

Search

Search queries are processed in the current browser and are not sent to or stored by the POE BOTTARI site.

YouTube API

Public video titles, channel names, publication dates, and direct links may be reviewed with YouTube API Services for the POE news feed. We do not access user logins or private YouTube data. Metadata is refreshed or removed within 30 days, and removed or private videos are withdrawn from the public feed.

YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply when using YouTube-related services.

Analytics and advertising

POE BOTTARI uses Cloudflare Web Analytics on poebottari.pages.dev. It processes privacy-focused aggregate statistics about visits, page views, and page performance, and Cloudflare does not use this service to track individual visitors across websites. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details. Advertising scripts are disabled. Before advertising is enabled, this notice will identify the providers, processing purpose, opt-out and consent paths.

External links and requests

External sites have their own privacy policies. If you lose the key for an older post or find personal data or an inaccurate external source, use the feedback report function and select the appropriate reason.
